Core Capital Investments is a small, privately held software company. We design, build and operate applications for the people who run bars, shops and service businesses — five of them are live today on the App Store and Google Play.
Alongside that we run a compliance research practice. It reads regulation from the enacted statutory text rather than from summaries, and then goes and measures what companies actually display in the field.

What we do
Two lines of work, one discipline
Both halves of this company run on the same habit: state the claim precisely, then go and check it. It is why our regulatory work quotes enacted statutes rather than summaries of them, and why the company record below tells you how to verify the filing instead of asking you to take it on faith.

Training, nutrition and recovery, and nothing else. It plans the work around one goal, tracks what you actually lift, and eases the load on the days your body asks it to rather than pushing through on a schedule.

Research
Algorithmic pricing, read from the statute
In fourteen months four states enacted algorithmic and personalized pricing law, and no two of them did it the same way. Three mandate a consumer disclosure and all three mandated strings are different, so one national banner satisfies none of them. Three of the four contain outright prohibitions rather than disclosure duties, which means that in those sectors adding the banner is not compliance — it is evidence.
We maintain a four-state brief on this, assembled from enacted statutory text, an agency policy statement and court records, with every operative claim tied to its source and graded for confidence. It is available on request. We also work the field side: looking for the mandated language in live commerce and recording what was actually shown, and what could not be reached.

Built from inside the businesses we build for
Core Capital Investments LLC is a privately held software company registered in Wyoming and active since March 2024. It owns and operates the products above. The work is deliberately narrow: a small number of tools, each one aimed at a job somebody does every week.
Who runs it
The company is run by its founder, Jason Luker, who designs, builds, ships and supports the products and answers the support email. The software comes out of time spent working in and around the businesses it serves — bars, shops and the trades — which is why it starts from the awkward parts of the day rather than from a feature list.
We keep what we make
No client work and no contracts. We own every product outright, run them ourselves, and answer our own support. It means we are slower than an agency and far more invested in what happens after launch.
Private by default
Our apps are not advertising businesses. We do not sell customer data or share it between venues, and every product can be used without handing over more than it needs to do its job. This website makes no third-party requests at all.
A change you should hear from us
Core Capital Investments previously advertised capital brokerage and business consulting. That line of business was retired in September 2026, and the company now does only the two things described on this page. Older descriptions of the company still circulating elsewhere are out of date. We would rather you read that here than find it and wonder.
